1. The Organizers, including but not limited to the Group Admin assume no liability for any loss, theft, damage, or injury to property or persons, including death, whether arising in contract, negligence, equity, or otherwise.
2. You assume all risks when participating in Gauteng KLR events. All participants must obey the rules of the road, use care, good judgment and common sense. You will comply with all requests made by The Organizers and or the Group Admin. Gauteng KLR reserves the right to remove any participant who does not comply with these terms.
3. You give Gauteng KLR authorization to use and post any photographs, video clips or any other record of our events.
4. Refunds for any reason will be at the discretion of Gauteng KLR
