Join us for Kangatraining class Mondays 10:30am till 11:30am at Mickleham South Community Centre - 125 Brossard Road, Mickleham VIC 3064 (in Meeting Room 1).
Kangatraining is the perfect activity for mums looking to socialise AND exercise with your baby. You get a total body workout as we focus on rebuilding strength and fitness post pregnancy, while your baby can relax and enjoy being close to you.
A Kangatraining class usually goes for about an hour - we start with a warm up track with babies in arms, some floorwork focusing on your core and pelvic floor muscles, and then babies go into carriers and we do some aerobics type workouts, squats, lunges, arm exercises, stretching and more pelvic floor exercises.
Must be minimum 6 weeks postpartum following a vaginal birth or 12 weeks postpartum if you’ve had a c-section.
