Cart and Costume Competition!

Join the Nancy Higgs community Center for a fun evening of friendly competition!

There will be two competitions to compete in, and prizes will be awarded for scariest golf cart and best dressed dog! Golf carts will participate in handing out candy to children ages 5-12.
