• Guided Prayer We will begin our gathering with a moment of collective prayer, setting a harmonious and positive intention for our time together.
• Gentle Aura Cleansing: Following our prayer, we will guide you through a gentle aura cleansing practice.
• Heart-Opening Cacao Circle At the heart of our gathering lies the cacao circle. We will mindfully partake in ceremonial-grade cacao, a revered plant medicine known for its gentle yet profound ability to open the heart, enhance feelings of love, and deepen our connection to ourselves and each other.
• Immersive Sound Bath As the cacao gently works its magic, we will transition into a deeply relaxing sound bath immersion. Allow the soothing vibrations and resonant frequencies of singing bowls, and other therapeutic instruments to wash over you.
