Meet Your Host:  Lalita 

Lalita is a sacred intimacy guide, ceremonialist, and embodiment teacher with over 15 years of experience in the healing arts. Trained in Yoga, Tantra, Taoist Qigong (Heavenly Essence lineage), somatic embodiment, Thai yoga bodywork, breathwork, and energy healing, she specializes in helping couples deepen presence, connection, and devotion.

Through Temple of Two, she offers Tantric intimacy workshops, couples ceremonies, wedding officiating, and sacred union coaching. Her facilitation is warm, intuitive, and poetic — creating a safe space where partners can truly see, feel, and rediscover each other.

Her mission is to help couples remember the sacredness of their love and to create pathways for deeper intimacy, devotion, and to leave a legacy of love.

Based in Key West, Florida, she teaches classes, hosts ecstatic dance, facilitates retreats + travels throughout South Florida to facilitate workshops, ceremonies, retreats, and private Temple of Two experiences.
