Sake & Bites: A Pairing Experience @ MIA Market

Join us for the launch of a month-long culinary collaboration at MIA Market! We’re bringing together Sushi Yasu Tanaka, Yacchan by Yasu, Atomica, Miami Nice, and the MIA Market Bar for a unique sake and food pairing journey.

Guests will enjoy a flight of three curated sakes, each one thoughtfully paired with a dish from one of our vendors:

• Sushi Yasu Tanaka: pristine Japanese technique and fresh seafood.
• Miami Nice: Midwest-meets-Miami comfort food with a playful twist.
• Atomica: bold Peruvian flavors with modern flair.

The launch event on October 1st will feature tastings, guided sake notes, and an evening of food-and-drink exploration. After the party, the pairing will remain available throughout October, so you can come back and savor the experience anytime.
