Ari Urban

A heart-centered musician and passionate meditator, Ari Urban is an award-winning classically trained violinist, independent recording artist, sound healing facilitator, and proud member of Miami’s very own Nu Deco Ensemble. Ari has worked with top musicians in the classical music world as well as in the recording industry, including playing on multiple Grammy winning/nominated albums. She has also performed with world-class artists such as Yo-Yo Ma, Andrea Bocelli, Jacob Collier, Wyclef Jean, Michael Buble, Bobby McFerrin, Josh Groban, PJ Morton, Johnny Mathis, Gloria Estefan, among many others. Ari maintains an exciting performing career as she merges her passion for spiritual growth with her own heart-channeled music, where she is creating an avenue for self exploration through her emotionally activating music as a recording artist. Ari holds two Grammy Certificates and is a member of the Recording Academy.

Alexandra Sheth

Alexandra is driven by a passion and background in Neuroscience, B.S. and Master of Public Health, MPH from The University of Michigan. Founder of a Private Somatic Studio offering in-person and virtual classes in Miami Beach, FL she is dedicated to support individual and communal access to somatic-based mental health, emotional intelligence, and nervous system regulation tools within her scope of education and experience. The era of CO-VID19 led to Alexandra’s entrepreneurial journey and launch of Sheth Studios, LLC. Developing an East-meets-West private and group practice she applies a bottom-up neurological platform for healing trauma, developing coherence, and restoring resiliency in both the mind and body. Fulfilling a mission to support individual and communal access to somatic-based mental health, emotional intelligence, and nervous system regulation tools Alexandra offers private and group classes as well as community workshops.
