What You'll Do

Begin the evening with a complimentary glass of Prosecco, then roll up your sleeves for a hands-on pasta-making workshop. Learn to craft fresh cavatelli from scratch, mixing dough by hand, shaping the pasta using traditional techniques, and creating the signature ridged shells perfect for holding sauce.

After the Workshop

Relax and enjoy a three-course tasting experience featuring:
