On December 13, we journey by airboat to a Tree Island in the Everglades. An island of stillness held by endless water. There, participants are guided into silence, reflection, and gentle communion with the land. No rush. No performance. Just a return to the subtler rhythms of self and nature.

A guided ride across the River of Grass, arriving through wind, water, and open sky. Setting the tone for spaciousness and calm.

Island Acknowledgment
A brief collective grounding to honor the land, its history, its ancestors, and the ecosystems that hold this space.

Self-Led Forest Bath
Participants explore the island in silence: engaging breath, sensory awareness, and intuitive connection with the elements. No agenda. No pressure.

Note: The airboat ride will run from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM; arriving 30 minutes early will not only ensure a timely departure but also offer a moment to align with the land, the space, and yourself. After we return, you’re welcome to stay an additional 30 minutes to integrate, commune, and share if you feel called.
