Level up your sewing skills in this confident beginner workshop focused on mastering professional-looking hems. In this class, you’ll learn three different types of pant hems, including techniques for both pants and jeans.

You’ll get hands-on guidance as we walk through each method step by step, helping you build confidence and precision at the machine.

What You’ll Learn:

• Three common pant and jean hemming techniques

• How to measure, mark, and finish hems cleanly

• Tips for working with different fabrics and weights

Class Details:

• Level: Confident Beginner

• Sewing machines provided (or bring your own)

• Bring a pair of pants to hem if you’d like

• Practice samples will be available

Veronica Arroyo is a professional tailor and fashion designer with over 15 years of experience in garment construction, alterations, and upcycling. As the founder of Vaed, she specializes in precision tailoring and sustainable fashion practices. Her work blends craftsmanship with creativity, helping clients and students alike feel confident in their clothing and skills.
