Held in the refined and atmospheric Pool Hall this exclusive 50-guest dinner offers a multi-course tasting menu that showcases Chef Tristen’s distinctive culinary voice that blends bold Afro-Caribbean flavors with polished technique. The evening will preview what’s to come from his highly anticipated Houston concept Buboy. Every detail is designed to offer a thoughtful focused dining experience that reflects the chef’s passion and evolving vision.
