Breathwork I with Roberto

Breathwork I is designed for adults and teens (13+) who want to explore a variety of breathwork techniques and how to use them in daily life. Each session begins with a short teaching moment, introducing the science and purpose behind the practice, followed by guided techniques. No prior experience is necessary.

Breathwork II offers a more advanced practice for adults and teens (13+) already comfortable with breathwork. This class provides an uninterrupted flow of intermediate and advanced techniques.

In Breathwork I, you’ll learn how different breathwork practices affect the body and mind, and how to apply them to manage stress and anxiety. The class emphasizes practical steps you can use in everyday life, building confidence through simple, effective adjustments.

Roberto Suarez is a Yoga and Tai Chi instructor, business leader, and former star athlete who has dedicated his life to helping others find peace and balance through breathwork.

With decades of experience, Roberto has led more than 50,000 people in circular breathing at global healing events in Cuba, Mexico, and Australia. His compassionate, personalized sessions empower individuals from all walks of life to reduce stress, gain clarity, and enhance overall well-being.

Raised in Miami after his family emigrated from Cuba, Roberto comes from a legacy of excellence—his grandfather, Cappy, was one of Cuba’s greatest athletes, and his father, Roberto J., co-founded El Nuevo Herald. Despite his early success as a multi-sport athlete, Roberto felt something was missing. In the 1990s, he turned inward, realizing the need to release perfectionism and control. Breathwork became his path to peace.

He studied under pioneers such as Dan Brule, Sondra Ray, and Leonard Orr, eventually returning to Cuba in 2002 to share breathwork with thousands through OM Meditación Cuba. Today, Roberto blends his business acumen with holistic mastery as founder of el HappyBreath Center for Learning, where his eHB techniques guide people toward happiness, balance, and self-mastery.
