40 days of Aquarian Sadhana will be happening again at Fresh Prana Yoga starting February 5th ❤️
During these 40 days we will be meeting every single day at 4:30am for this sacred practice of sound current, movement, kriya, and mantra meditation.
Aquarian Sadhana is done at the early morning hours with the intention of influencing your subconscious in a stronger way than available at normal hours of the day. Your veil between waking and dreaming is thinner at this time and it creates a very special opportunity.
We are using the portal of 2/5 which is a sacred portal for for karmic reset and cosmic connection. During these 40 days we are working on a kriya to bring in more motivation, inspiration, and emotional regulation.
It’s going to be super powerful and is hosted by our dear @mamasmorale 🌺 with a team of beautiful leaders supporting the entire experience.
Feel free to drop in for a few practices during these 40 days or commit to the full 40 days for a revolutionary experience
We will also stream on Instagram Live for the first half of the practice and during the mantras we will cut the streaming due to copyright and ask you to follow along at home with your own playlist.
