Yin Flow & Vibrations Journey at The Gates Hotel South Beach

Step into a sanctuary of stillness and sound. This deeply restorative class blends the slow meditative practice of Yin Yoga with the healing vibrations of Sound Therapy creating the perfect environment to release stress tension and emotional heaviness.

In the first part of class you’ll be guided through a gentle Yin Yoga flow with long-held supported poses that open the hips spine and heart. This practice targets the deeper layers of the body fascia ligaments and joints while calming the nervous system and encouraging inner stillness.

As your body softens and energy begins to flow you’ll be immersed in a Sound Healing journey using crystal singing bowls chimes and other vibrational instruments. These frequencies help reset your mind soothe anxiety and cleanse the energetic body allowing you to fully let go.

This class is for all levels no yoga experience needed
