PLEASE NOTE: The event will be held in the library conference room which is located in the basement. The library closes at 2pm so please try to arrive prior to that time.

Popcorn and water will be provided. There will also be an informal ballot to vote for your favorite(s) which will also serve as your entry into our raffle for some fabulous prizes.
GIFF 2025 FAQ
What is GIFF?
The Geocaching International Film Festival (GIFF) is a global event where geocachers create and share short films about geocaching. It's a way to celebrate the sport and showcase the creativity of the geocaching community. From November 6-16 geocachers will host events (like this one) in which the finalists of these films will be shown publicly.
How long will the GIFF reel take?
While this event lasts 2 hours, the reel itself will last about an hour. We will show it from 2pm-3pm.
Are the films family friendly?
Yes! Please feel free to bring your entire family of all ages.
What language are the films in?
Dialogue in the films may be in any language, but any dialogue not in English will have English subtitles.
Can I earn a souvenir for this event?
YES! You can actually earn TWO souvenirs for this event. One for attending a GIFF event and one for attending a Community Celebration Event (CCE). All you need to do is post an attending log for this event.
Are there geocaches nearby?
