Advent Reflection Afternoon

Advent Reflection Afternoon

You are invited to an afternoon of Advent reflection at St. Andrew's Church. All are welcome!

In the season of Advent we prepare for the birth of Jesus, the Light of the World. We may think that we need to make ourselves perfect for this Light to enter our lives. But what if, actually, it is through our brokenness, through our so-called imperfection, that God can most readily find us?

Using the story of Mary we will consider how God breaks into our lives and that of our world in the most surprising of ways, using our difficulties to shine perfect love.
