💪 Looking for a place to move your body with purpose—and do it alongside friends? Join our Women’s Fitness Class at Memorial Baptist on Wednesdays at 6:15 PM!

✨ We’re bringing back calisthenics—simple, effective movements that build strength, energy, and confidence. Whether you’re brand-new to fitness or have years of experience, you’ll fit right in.

🙌 This is about community, encouragement, and a Christ-centered atmosphere where we cheer each other on. We even wrap up each session with a short devotion and word of prayer.

👶 Childcare provided for potty-trained PreK3 & up
💧 Bring a bottle of water
🧘 Bring an exercise mat (if you have one)
