We give costumes to kids, or ‘WEENSTERS, from all over America who are faced with unique challenges.
This is for people that want to get unstuck, reclaim their joy and passion for their lives and businesses, and see real results with ease.

About Our Speaker:
Originally from Jacksonville, Florida, Toni relocated to Louisiana in 2010 and brought a wealth of banking expertise spanning over 30 years. With two decades as a corporate bank trainer, she has specialized in developing talent, shaping compliance programs, and driving excellence across the industry. Beyond banking, Toni has been deeply committed to community service, volunteering with WEEN DREAM for 10 years before stepping into the role of Executive Director in 2024 and serving on the board for Kiwanis of New Orleans. Armed with a Bachelor’s in Business, a Master’s in Instructional Design & Technology, and credentials as a Certified Financial Literacy Instructor, she combines professional expertise with a passion for empowering others. Whether in the classroom, boardroom, or community, Toni believes in education, inclusion, and the magic of representation.
