Ogni partecipante deve compilare il modulo inserendo i propri dati. Il saldo verra richiesto in risposta al form di prenotazione dopo l’avvenuta conferma della disponibilità.
Nel caso in cui la manifestazione subisca la cancellazione, per cause dipendenti dall’organizzazione, l’importo versato verrà interamente rimborsato.
Per cancellazioni prenotazioni da parte del partecipante, entro 25 gg dall’inizio dell’evento, il rimborso sarà del 50% della quota versata.
Per cancellazioni prenotazioni da parte del partecipante entro 10 giorni dall’inizio della manifestazione, il rimborso sarà del 15% della quota versata.

Each participant must fill out the form by entering their data. The balance will be requested in response to the booking form after confirmation of availability.
In the event that the event is canceled due to reasons dependent on the organization, the amount paid will be fully refunded.
For cancellations by the participant within 25 days of the start of the event, the refund will be 50% of the amount paid.
For reservation cancellations by the participant within 10 days of the start of the event, the refund will be 15% of the amount paid.
