Retreat Details
Friday, September 26th: Doors open at 3:00 PM, and crafting continues until 1:00 AM.
Saturday, September 27th: Crafting from 9:00 AM to 12:00 Midnight.
Sunday, September 28th: Crafting from 9:00 AM to 2:00 PM.

Assigned seating at your own 6’x 30” table

Event Fee Options:

The Early Crafter’s Special Fee is $345 if Paid in Full by June 1.

Registration Form and $360 Fee is required to reserve your table.

Two Payment Option of $180 each paid by June 1 and by July1.

Fee includes a double-occupancy room with 2 queen beds - nights of Sept. 26th & 27th

Single-occupancy rooms are available for the retreat weekend for an additional $185

Tables shall not be reserved until completed registration form AND full event fee payment have been received.

No refunds after September 1, 2025
