Join NatureKids BC and the Youth Climate Corps Ambassadors for a walk at Seal Bay Nature Park to learn all about birds!
We will meet at the main parking lot on Bates Rd and go for a hike down to the beach to listen and look for birds. The hike is ~2 km round trip with a steep section and a rocky beach.
We will learn about birds, how to use binoculars, and make window decals to protect our neighbourhood birds from window strikes. There is easy parking and an outhouse on site. Bring shoes you can hike in, water, and a snack. If you have binoculars, you can bring them, but we will have some to share!
