Trauma-Informed Root Chakra Healing Workshop

Our root chakra is our energetic foundation—governing safety, security, money, health, and our basic right to exist and take up space. When this center is blocked or wounded, it often shows up as financial chaos, overworking, people-pleasing, anxiety, and feeling like we never quite “belong,” no matter how hard we try.
In this 3-hour, trauma-informed workshop, intuitive coach Stacy Preece gently guides you through education, self-inquiry, and somatic (body-based) practices to help you understand why you feel the way you do—and how to begin shifting it. Together we’ll explore how early childhood experiences shape the root chakra, use the ACE (Adverse Childhood Experiences) questionnaire as a compassionate lens (not a label), and spend time drawing a simple outline of our own body to map where we hold fear, tension, or shutdown.
From there, we’ll work with grounding breath, nervous system regulation tools, and simple movement to help your body feel a little safer being here, now. You’ll be guided through a deeply relaxing root chakra meditation, with time for journaling and gentle discussion to integrate what comes up. All sharing is optional—this space is designed to be safe, nonjudgmental, and choice-based, especially for those healing from trauma, codependency, or addiction.
You’ll leave with:
• A clearer understanding of how your root chakra affects money, health, boundaries, and relationships
• Practical grounding tools you can use anytime you feel overwhelmed or unsafe
• A deeper sense of compassion for your story and the younger you who survived so much
Please bring a journal, pen, and wear comfortable clothes you can breathe and move in.
