The Tea About Your Period

Join us for The Tea About Your Period! An afternoon of tea, connection, and cycle wisdom.

This free event is designed for young women ages 14–17 and their mothers or guardians to learn about periods, hormones, and how to support your body through every phase of your cycle.

Hosted by RN & Health Coach Megan Skinnell and Nurse Practitioner Ashley Faulkner, this interactive and empowering event will include:
✔️ What’s normal (and what’s not) with your period
✔️ Products & options: pads, tampons, cups & more
✔️ Understanding the phases of your cycle
✔️ Open Q&A for honest, judgment-free conversation
