Sunday Morning Run

Who: Current S.E.T. Adult Team Members, and Potential Members

What: Saturday Morning Longish Run (Road or Trail). We're targeting 60-75 minutes (option to do shorter route). Pace will be 10ish. We welcome group leaders for faster or slower paces. Coffee and food after.

When: We are flexible on start time, but targeting 8AM or later.

Where: Choose your adventure: Lake Looks on paved path, trail running at Rockburn or Ptap?

How: RSVP and comment your preference and we'll go with the popular vote and finalize the route and invite.

Why: Because running with friends is cooler than not running.
