Meditation w/ Forest River Sangha

Join us for meditation and sangha meeting!

Meeting space is TBD, so stay tuned! Arrive at 2pm to get settled. Practice will start at 2:15pm. This is a mostly silent meditation, with a short dharma reading, and discussion afterwards.

Bring a cushion or use a chair depending on your needs. I'll have cushions to borrow as well!

If you are able, bring non-perishable foods or hygiene products for donation to local pantries as "dana".

This event is for all people, all ages, all faiths, and all levels. See you there!
