Heartsaver - CPR/AED/FIRST AID Certification

Cardiac arrest can occur unexpectedly, and knowing how to respond can be life-saving. This hands-on course equips you with the essential skills to confidently provide CPR on adults, children, and infants during a cardiac emergency. You'll learn how to recognize a cardiac arrest, activate the emergency response system, and perform high-quality chest compressions and rescue breaths to maintain blood flow to vital organs until professional medical help arrives. This course emphasizes practical application, with participants actively practicing CPR skills. Bring a writing utensil and be prepared for an engaging and informative session that could empower you to save a life.
