Fall Equinox and Meditation Walk

Just as the fall equinox is a time of transition in nature, it’s also an invitation to reflect on our own lives. As the trees around us begin to change colors, pull energy in, and release leaves for the winter, it can also be a time to prepare to turn inward and take stock of what we have and need. Join Arboretum Manager Aaron Greenberg with Energy Guide and Therapist Asia IrgangLaden for an arboretum walk that looks at seasonal change amongst the trees as we are guided in short meditations that engage with transformation and how to hold energy, warmth and light.
