Mental flexibility for better golf

We’re excited to offer a brand-new workshop for our LPGA Amateurs Boise Chapter: Mental Flexibility for Better Golf, led by sport psychology professional Kerry Davis.

During this one-hour session, you’ll learn what it means to have a flexible mind on the golf course—and how simple mindset tools can help you play with more confidence and ease. We’ll wrap up with a short yoga practice that’s accessible for all levels.
