Beginning Embroidery Workshop - October 2025

Looking to try embroidery but not sure where to start? Come to our Beginning Embroidery Workshop and learn all the basics:

- Basic Stitches
- Materials
- Pattern Transfer
- Hoop Usage
- Finishing Techniques

You’ll leave the workshop with the foundation you need to create your own beautiful, stitched designs.

Talented Fiber Artist Lily Stabile will lead this 3 session workshop. In addition to creating her own fiber artwork, Lily does embroidery and hand spinning workshops and has been a volunteer at the Durham Fair Fiber Department for the past 6 years.

$90 - members, $100 non-members, + $10 materials fee, payable to instructor at first class (cash or check). Fabric, thread, needles, and hoops provided.
