Learning To Love...You Crew!

Slow down and savor the golden days of late summer! We’ll wander through nature while practicing mindfulness— listening to the hum of crickets, noticing the play of sunlight through leaves, and feeling the warmth of the season’s breeze. You’ll be guided through moments of quiet reflection and an optional journaling session to end with - leaving you grounded, refreshed, and connected to the beauty around you!

📍*Meeting and PARKING at the "Pig Barn" at Munnel Run Farm

🖋️Journaling paper and pens will be provided, but feel free to bring your own!

Each month, we will do something different. Free of charge. (Rentals are not included)
