Merced Hmong New Year Volleyball 2025-2026!
Location: Merced Fairgrounds — 900 Martin Luther King Jr Way, Merced, CA 95341
Date: December 20-21, 2025
WOMEN’S registration: $40
Deadline to submit packets and registration fee is due day before (December 19, 2025). Roster change can be made day of. Drawing will be on day of tournament during captains meeting.
Prizes: (minimum 7 teams for prize)
1st - $500
2nd - $300
3rd - $100
General rules for women’s: (Hmong rules - more rules attached with registration packets)
- 2 non asians, half asian is asian
- jereys not required; same colored shirts are okay
- one hand on serve receive is okay
- If setter is backrow, they cannot open hand tip, must be a fist or downball over.
Captains meeting and check in at 8:30 am. First serve at 9 am.
Refer to Ma’s facebook post for more info on the men’s portion. I will include a pre-registration list but packet and payment is not due until 8:30am on the day of the tournament, all to be turned in to Ma.
