About the event

Learn about mushrooms and how to prepare them for optimal nutrition, nourishment, and healing. This presentation will provide an overview of mushrooms, their health benefits, and medicinal qualities. The instructor will share ideas for preparing mushrooms and offer recipe inspiration. During the hands-on component, participants will make a variety of mushroom condiments, delicacies, and medicinal preparations to take home. Additional samples will also be provided.
