Harmonic Rejuvenation Sound Journey

It has been said that sound healing is the medicine of the future. Sound baths can not only help with relieving stress and tension in your body, but can also help you reconnect with yourself to bring deep relaxation and healing.

A variety of instruments will be used for this sound journey: Tibetan bowls, crystal bowls, and Lydian chimes. The various instruments offer unique healing frequencies. These vibrations may help cleanse and balance the chakras, enhance mental clarity and focus, improve sleep quality, deepen meditative and spiritual insight, and may also help promote the healing of tissues and cells.

The Harmonic Rejuvenation Sound Healing Session will last approximately 45-60 minutes. Most participants choose to lie down on a yoga mat or blanket, but a seated position is also an option.
