Their unwavering commitment to producing distinctive, estate-grown wines, especially their acclaimed red wines and Chardonnays, has established them as a cornerstone of California's wine industry. The evening will feature a carefully crafted five-course dinner by Executive Chef Amber Schmitz, who has created a memorable menu that celebrates seasonal ingredients and bold flavors. Each dish has been designed to stand beautifully on its own, while the accompanying Gundlach Bundschu wines create delicious pairings crafted by General Manager and Sommelier Chris Cavanaugh.
