Candlelight Winter Solstice Yoga

The extra demands of the holidays can leave us feeling depleted just as we approach the time of year when we’re called to slow our pace, go within, and perhaps shift our perspective on the darkest days of the year. Join Heather Nill as she leads you through a restorative yoga practice with time for meditation, reflection, and deep, delicious rest with a 20-minute Shavasana.
