RECIPES WITH COTTAGE CHEESE: In the Kitchen with Judi Strauss

Cottage cheese has arrived! It is currently one of the most popular ingredients around. High in protein, this versatile ingredient can be used in breakfast foods, dips, breads, desserts, and more. This class will show you how to use cottage cheese in so many fun and tasty ways.

Recipes to take home and plenty of food samples in class. Bring take-home containers!

There is a food fee of $10.00 due in cash to the instructor the evening of class.
