Junior MMA Self Defense & Game Night!

These evenings are action packed and tons of fun for the youth in our community. On top of organized training/games we also provide pizza/juice/snacks. We welcome ages 5 to 12 years old.

Drop off 5:30 to 6pm
Self Defense Training 6 to 7pm
Active Games 7 to 7:30 pm
Wash up/Sanitize 7:30 to 7:45pm
Food/Drinks/Open Gym 7:45 to 8:30pm
Pick Up No Later Than 8:30pm

Cost for Members & or Non Members
Members $10 pre-register or $20 the week of.
Non Members $20 pre-register or $30 the week of.
