Join LumberJax and 6th Avenue Cidery for an intimate evening of fine-finished flavors, artisan cider pairings, and live acoustic sounds. Limited to just 30 guests, this exclusive pop-up dinner showcases locally sourced ingredients, rustic elegance, and crafted cider pairings.

Your experience begins with passed hors d’oeuvres and a warm welcome, followed by an amuse-bouche of spent flour flatbread with local cheese. Next, enjoy a vibrant smoked beet and goat cheese salad, then savour our herb-crusted prime rib with cider-glazed root vegetables. Finish with a decadent flourless chocolate torte accented with miso caramel, toasted hazelnuts, and sea salt.
