Audition for MTG’s Charley’s Aunt: A Menomonie Farce!
Farce meets romance in this fast, funny twist on a beloved comedy, tailored to the Chippewa Valley.
Menomonie Theater Guild invites you to audition for our steampunk-inspired adaptation of Charley’s Aunt — directed by Russell Slack (Murder on the Orient Express – 2023, And Then There Were None – 2024).
Audition Dates:

No preparation needed! Auditions will include theater games, improvisation, and brief script readings (sides provided).

About the Show: Set in 1905 at a fictionalized UW–Stout, Charley’s Aunt: A Menomonie Farce is a hilarious romp of college students, mistaken identities, and unexpected romance.
Performance Dates: October 10-2, and 17-19 at the Mabel Tainter Theater.
Rehearsals: Begin on August 25th, 2025 (Monday-Thursday, 6:30–9:00 PM).
