Description: Rooted Return is a breathwork ceremony for energetic renewal and grounding. Through intentional breath, chakra alignment, and energy hygiene practices, we will dissolve blockages, open the heart, and anchor deeply into the body’s natural wisdom. This is a sacred reset for your energy field and your sense of safety within.

All of my classes are taught through a trauma-informed lens and utilize somatic (body) based techniques. This is a safe space to land and all of you is welcome here! Each group class I teach is unique and lovingly created from scratch letting intuition and authenticity lead. Topics, themes, and teachings will vary and include breath techniques to promote harmony and healing in the mind-body-spirit complex. During each session, I also provide energy work in alignment with the focus of the class and individual needs.
