Move, sip and connect - your dose of wellness & community.

Join us on Valentine's Day for some self love. Breath in Motion Wellness will lead a Mat Pilates class, followed by beverages and light shopping with local vendors at the newly remodeled Lawrence Event Center. Tickets include 1 post-class mimosa or drip coffee.
