King of My Tart: Fruit Galettes Baking Class

You don’t need a crown to rule dessert. In this class, we’ll teach you how to make flaky, buttery pie dough from scratch—the kind that bakes up golden and tender every time. Then you’ll roll it out, fold it over fresh seasonal fruit, and bake your own rustic galette. No tart pans, no stress—just simple, beautiful pastry with a little Swiftie sparkle.

To finish, we’ll add a dusting of edible glitter, because even rustic bakes deserve a Bejeweled moment. By the end, you’ll head home with a sparkling galette and the skills to re-create this free-form dessert whenever the craving strikes.
