Entering the Heart Space: A Breathwork Journey of Return

Learn of the potent power within this muscular vortex as you come home to the wisdom of your heart—where truth, safety, and wholeness have always lived. Breathing to cleanse the heart center, restore flow, and create coherence between body, mind, and spirit.

Join Morgan Hallenbeck, a Somatic Breathwork facilitator for an amazing experience of somatic breathing. It’s time you discover the healing power that’s already within you. Learn breath techniques to reduce stress and anxiety, conquer limiting beliefs, release stories that no longer serve you, process trauma, gain emotional clarity, reconnect with yourself, deepen your spirituality, and so much more. This session is typically done lying down on your mat. Feel free to bring a pen/journal and wear layered clothing for warmth. Blankets and bolsters will be provided for your comfort.
