New Year’s Eve often comes with pressure to “change everything.” This session says: instead, remember everything. Cyclic Healing invites you into a deep breathwork container to reflect on your year, release what no longer serves, and prepare your energy field to receive your desires. Grounded in somatic science and spiritual truth, we will provide space for nervous system reset (so you don’t carry old tension into the next cycle), energy inventory of body, mind, and spirit, and the sacred invitation to dream—not because you need to fix, but because you are ready to receive.
This is an honoring of your whole self: your light, your shadow, your story. Nature’s new year lies in spring, so tonight you’ll step into permission — the permission to dream, to wait, to prepare, to align. No rush. No pressure.

All of my classes are taught through a trauma-informed lens and utilize somatic (body) based techniques. This is a safe space to land and all of you is welcome here! Each group class I teach is unique and lovingly created from scratch letting intuition and authenticity lead. Topics, themes, and teachings will vary and include breath techniques to promote harmony and healing in the mind-body-spirit complex. During each session, I also provide energy work in alignment with the focus of the class and individual needs.
