Clearing the Static: Breathwork for Energetic Reset

Break down energetic barriers and dissolve walls of resistance to reconnect with your truest, most healthful frequency. A somatic journey post-Thanksgiving to shed family tension, inherited energy or emotional residue, and step back into your authentic self. Make room for your own breath, voice, and truth — a cleanse for body, mind, and spirit.

Join Morgan Hallenbeck, a Somatic Breathwork facilitator for an amazing experience of somatic breathing. It’s time you discover the healing power that’s already within you. Learn breath techniques to reduce stress and anxiety, conquer limiting beliefs, release stories that no longer serve you, process trauma, gain emotional clarity, reconnect with yourself, deepen your spirituality, and so much more. This session is typically done lying down on your mat. Feel free to bring a pen/journal and wear layered clothing for warmth. Blankets and bolsters will be provided for your comfort.
