Breathe & Unwind: A Sound Healing and Breathwork Journey

In-Person Class

Hosted by: Banyan Tree Women's Collective in collaboration with The City of Menlo Park

Led by: Chantal Boyer of Bonjour Bellie Ayurveda

Sound healing and breathwork are powerful, science-supported tools for reducing stress, improving mental clarity, and supporting emotional and immune health. This class combines guided breathwork with the restorative tones of 7 crystal singing bowls, each resonating with a chakra, to bring the mind and body into harmony. You’ll leave feeling deeply relaxed, clear, and grounded. Blankets will be provided. Limited yoga mats are available, first come, first served. Please bring anything else to assist in your comfort (e.g., pillow, eye mask, layers, bolster). No experience is necessary, all levels are welcome. Come well-digested and ready to relax.
