Thursday, September 25, 2025 at 7:00pm – The French Way…in a combination conversation and masterclass, American organist Lynne Davis reflects on her years of study, work, and life in France and how this has shaped her approach to and enthusiasm for French organ repertoire. She also will engage with student performers regarding the interpretation and registration of select French pieces, in the Chapel of St. Thomas Aquinas of the University of St. Thomas (Cleveland Avenue at Ashland Avenue) in Saint Paul. Registration RSVP encouraged.
Sunday, September 28, 3:00pm (Concert) and 5:00pm installation of TCAGO officers, annual meeting and catered buffet dinner at University of St. Thomas Chapel undercroft, following the 3:00pm concert by Lynne Davis (hosted by St. Thomas). Ms. Davis will play works by Langlais, Grigny, Duruflé, Alain, Franck, and Demessieux. Pre-registration and payment are required for the dinner by September 10. (note: the 3pm concert is free)
Meal options include:
1) Sesame Chicken tossed in toasted sesame sauce, with fried rice and edamame, stir-fried mandarin vegetable blend, and vegetarian egg rolls with sweet-n-sour sauce.
2) Pasta Bar – Mostaccioli served with either (1) Italian sausage and pepper sauce or (2) vegetarian Marinara sauce. Served with Italian salad, breadsticks, and butter.
Dessert: Cupcake Station. Assorted: double Chocolate, French Vanilla, Red Velvet, Funfetti, Smore, Banana Nut, Turtle.
Beverages: Ice Water, with wine available for pre-purchase by the glass.
MEAL COST: $20 per person

Lynne Davis, Concert Organist
