New Moon Intention Ceremony + Sound Healing with Grace Panian

A new moon represents the end of one cycle and the beginning of another. New moon energy opens a portal to a new reality, making it an excellent time for a fresh start, to turn over a new leaf, or start a new project. The new moon with its energy brings us a cosmic clean state that allows us to reset, recharge, and refocus, to build and grow full of hope, possibility, and momentum. No experience is needed.

What to expect:
-Learn the astrology sign the moon is in and how to harvest its energy to your advantage
-Moon Salutations to create space in the body
-Pranayama (breathing exercises) to calm your mind
-Chanting to grasp the positive and divine energies that surround us
-Intention and gratitude reflection to manifest and inspire positivity
-Guided meditation to center
-Crystal singing bowl sound bath

Wear comfortable clothing like yoga clothes and bring a yoga mat and a journal or notebook.
