Sword Workshop 12/7 at Mendon Academy

Join me for a sword workshop!
We’ll go through the parts of a sword, exercises to help you strengthen the muscles used in sword work, tips for utilizing the sword in your performance, types of balances and we’ll hash out some combinations to tie together at the end! Danced with a sword before? Great! Come tighten up your sword game, learn a new trick and have some fun! ⚔️

Previous belly dance experience is recommended for this workshop.
