Thanksgiving Alignment and Restorative Yoga Class

On Thanksgiving morning, let's gather with gratitude, share an alignment + restorative yoga practice, and give to those in our community who need our support and caring. We are blessed to have a warm, welcoming and safe space to come together to practice our yoga.

Thanksgiving is about community—showing up for each other and sharing what we have. On the mat, we practice grounding and gratitude. Off the mat, we extend that care to women and families building safer, more stable futures. Let’s fill the room with warmth, compassion, and connection. And fill the baskets with needed supplies!

This donation-based class will benefit Harbor House, in their commitment to the awareness and prevention of domestic abuse. In lieu of a class fee, please bring an item(s) off the needs list. The needs list can be viewed at -
